Site Administrator

Campbell Transport is has been established in Western Australia for 20 years with depots throughout Western Australia. We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our growing team, the position is available to local residents in Port Hedland and we are looking for full time hours.

As a site administrator, you will provide administration support to the operations team. Tasks will include :

  • Checking & recording of tonnage dockets
  • Checking & recording of timesheets
  • Maintenance record keeping
  • Updating registers
  • Updating personnel files
  • Adhoc duties as required

In addition, you must possess the following skills :

  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Positive approach to solving problems / issues
  • Flexible approach to tasks
  • Current Drivers Licence
